Beyond terms and package sizes, you can also add on features such as mail forwarding, building directory listing, 24/7 access, additional business entities for the same mailbox, and unique suite numbers.

We receive your mail and packages at our business address and hold them securely until you pick them up. Get the Core Plus Membership or upgrade your Core Membership to get a keyed mailbox with 24/7 center access. Need it forwarded? We can do that too—on your schedule. Just let us know how often and where, and we’ll take care of the rest.

The Core Plus Membership includes an allowance of meeting room time that refills every month. If you go over the allowance, you will receive a discounted charge for the additional time used. The plan includes access to three core meeting rooms. To book a room, call or email us and we'll confirm availability and get your room reserved, often same-day.

Live answer gives you a local Charlotte number with telephone answering by our staff Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. All calls are received and introduced to you before transfer, giving you the choice to accept or decline. You also have a voicemail box and call routing for after hours. The business phone app puts a Ring Central serviced app on your phone for you to make and receive calls on your mobile and laptop devices. Calls appear differently so you can recognize a business call from a personal call. You can also text, fax, and video with the app to bring more value to your business.
